Do you take insurance?+

What happens in the first session?+
We talk. You share as much or as little as you like about what brings you in, we discuss what you'd like to change, and you decide whether it feels like a fit.
How long does therapy take?+
It depends on what we're working on. Some people come for a season, some for longer — we review progress together so it's always your call.
What if I need to cancel?+
Life happens. Give us 24 hours' notice and there's no charge; describe your own policy here.
