Editing pages and sections

The Content tab, the live preview, and how drafts become the live site.

Everything on your site is a page made of sections — a hero, a list of services, a contact form, a photo gallery. The editor's Content tab shows that structure as an outline next to a live preview.

The essentials

  • Click anything in the preview to select its section in the outline, or click section names in the outline to jump to them. Text can be edited right in the preview.
  • Drag pages and sections in the outline to reorder them.
  • Every section has a form — headline, text, images, buttons — so you never touch HTML. Changes save automatically after a moment's pause.
  • The preview switches between desktop and mobile widths so you can check both.

Adding pages and sections

Add a page from the outline and pick a name; its web address (slug) is created for you and can be changed later in the page's settings (the ✎ icon), along with options like hiding a page from the navigation menu while keeping it reachable. Renaming a page's address on a published site automatically redirects the old address, so links keep working.

Sections come in many types — text, images, FAQs, testimonials, forms, maps, videos, product grids and more. Add one, then fill in its form.

Draft vs. live

Your edits change the draft only. Visitors see the last published snapshot, so save as often as you like — nothing is public until someone with the admin role clicks Publish.

One exception: blog posts and collection entries are live the moment they are published from their own tabs, no site publish needed. See Writing on the blog.

AI helpers

The AI buttons — rewrite this text, regenerate this section, seasonal refresh — cost credits (see Billing and credits). Manual edits are free and unlimited.
