Writing on the blog

Posts built from blocks, AI drafting, categories, scheduling — live the moment you publish.

The Posts tab is your blog. Posts live outside the page editor, and — unlike page edits — a post is on your live site the moment you publish it. No site publish needed.

Writing a post

A post's body is a stack of blocks: text, images, a gallery, a video, a FAQ list, a call-to-action button. Add blocks in any order and rearrange them; the post page, your RSS feed, and search all understand them.

Short on time? Draft with AI writes a complete structured draft — title, body blocks, excerpt, and SEO fields — from a topic you give it (or suggests topics for you). It costs credits; editing the draft afterwards is free.

Organizing and scheduling

  • Categories and tags group posts into archive pages readers can browse (/blog/category/...). Categories are managed in the Posts tab; tags are typed straight into the post.
  • Schedule a post for a future date and time and it publishes itself, down to the minute. Scheduled posts show an amber badge in the list.
  • Each post has an SEO & sharing card — title, description, social image. Posts without a photo get an auto-generated share card.

Where posts appear

  • /blog on your site, plus each post's own page with proper article structured data for search engines.
  • The Latest posts section, if you add one to a page.
  • Your RSS feed at /feed.xml, which readers and other apps can subscribe to.
  • Site search and your sitemap, automatically.

Editors and admins can both write and publish posts. Remember: published means public immediately — use scheduling or keep a post in draft until it's ready.
