Collections — structured content beyond the blog

Design your own content types — listings, events, team members — with public pages included.

Some content isn't a page and isn't a blog post: staff profiles, event listings, job openings, business directories, sermon archives, recipe libraries. Collections let you design a content type once and then add entries like rows in a spreadsheet.

Collections are available on the Pro plan and up.

Design the type

In the Collections tab, create a collection and give it fields — text, rich text, number, date, image, link, email, choice lists and more (15 field types). A "Team member" collection might have a name, a photo, a role, and a short bio; an "Event" gets a date, a location, and a description.

Each field can be required or optional, and entries are validated against your design — a date field only accepts dates.

Add entries

Entries are managed in the same tab: create, edit, publish or unpublish, with search and pagination once the list grows. Draft with AI can fill the text fields of a new entry from a short prompt (it costs credits).

Each entry has its own SEO settings, and publishing an entry puts it live immediately — like blog posts, entries live outside the site's draft/publish cycle.

Show them on your site

Published entries appear in two places:

  • Public pages at /c/your-collection — an index page plus a detail page per entry, generated from your field design, with structured data for search engines.
  • The collection list section, which you can add to any page to show entries (newest first, or filtered) inside your own layout.

Entries are part of your on-site search and sitemap automatically, and can be exported as CSV.
