Newsletter — subscribers, campaigns and automations
Double opt-in signups, a block-based campaign composer, welcome automations, and your own sending domain.
Your site can grow a mailing list and write to it — all from the editor.
Collecting subscribers
Add a newsletter signup section to any page (or switch on the footer signup). Signups are double opt-in: the visitor gets a confirmation email and only joins the list after clicking it, which keeps your list clean and consented. The Audience tab lists everyone with their status (pending, subscribed, unsubscribed, bounced), supports tags for segmenting, and imports/exports CSV.
Sending campaigns
The Newsletter tab has a block-based composer — text, image, button blocks — with a live preview. Anyone on the team can draft a campaign and send a test to themselves; sending or scheduling to the real audience is an admin action. Unsubscribe links are added automatically to every message, and every send is tracked so you can see delivery, opens and clicks per campaign, right down to which links were clicked.
Draft with AI writes a campaign draft from a prompt (costs credits).
Automations
Automations send a series for you — the classic is a welcome series that greets each new subscriber, with delays between steps you choose. Enabling an automation is an admin action; after that it runs by itself.
Your own sending domain
Out of the box, email goes out from the platform. To send from
you@yourdomain.org, an admin verifies the domain under Settings →
Sending domain: you'll get a short list of DNS records (DKIM, SPF,
DMARC) to add, exactly like connecting a site domain. Once verified,
campaigns, automations, and inbox replies all send from your own address —
which is also what keeps them out of spam folders.
Replies and mail sent to your domain arrive in the Inbox tab as threads your whole team can see and answer.
